Isha Elite reserves the right to cancel or hold any order in case of suspicious transactions, incomplete details, or stock unavailability. In such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.
2. Shipping Partner
- Isha Elite uses Shiprocket as its official logistics and shipping management partner.
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners integrated with Shiprocket to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Courier partner selection depends on service availability, delivery speed, and location coverage.
Isha Elite is not directly responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will provide full support in resolving any delivery issues.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently provide shipping services across India.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- Customers must ensure that their shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
International shipping is currently not available unless officially announced on the website.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, location, and payment method.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable.
- Any Free Shipping Offer will be clearly mentioned on the website during promotional campaigns.
- COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is cancelled by Isha Elite.
5. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-Metro Cities / Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Customer location
- Courier partner availability
- Weather or natural conditions
- Government restrictions or public holidays
- Logistics or operational challenges
Isha Elite will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and SMS.
- Customers can track their shipment in real-time using the provided tracking details.
- In case tracking details are not received, customers can contact our support team for assistance.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Courier partner issues
- Transportation strikes
- Government restrictions
- High order volumes
In such cases, Isha Elite will coordinate with the courier partner and keep customers informed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect contact number
Then:
- The order may be returned to Isha Elite
- Re-shipping charges will be applicable
- Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees
If the order is returned and the customer refuses re-shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package if it appears severely damaged
- Immediately record a video or take clear photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share proof (photos/videos and order details)
After verification, Isha Elite will arrange:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Suitable resolution based on the case
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
10. Multiple Shipments
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.
- Products may arrive in different shipments and on different delivery dates.
- Customers will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by Isha Elite.
11. Risk and Ownership
- Ownership of the product is transferred to the customer once the order is delivered successfully.
- Isha Elite is responsible for the product until it reaches the customer.
- After delivery, responsibility shifts to the customer.
